UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only) £5 3-5 working days
UK Royal Mail Airsure (Europe)* £15 2-4 working days

On rare occasions items might be delivered outside the published window times. Items will only be shipped to the card billing address.
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees or other charges as a result of local legislation/custom regulations.
The purchaser is responsible for all custom formalities for the import of the goods as well as for payment of any additional charges for international delivery, including import duties, custom entry, taxes, levies and any other charges that might be applied outside of the EU.
Please check for import charges applicable in the country of your order destination before ordering items to be delivered there.
fleur b. provides insurance for purchases while in transit. All deliveries require a signature on delivery to the billing address. Once goods have been signed for they become the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payment and VAT
Payment is to be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers/banks will determine the exchange rate, additional processing or administrative fee might be charged, which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
All products shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.

Despite our best efforts items on rare occasions can be despatched faulty.
If you receive a faulty item please follow the returns policy and Fleur b will replace, exchange or refund all items found to be genuinely fault on inspection.
All of the personal details that you supply in purchasing with us will be treated as confidential and will be kept on a secure server that complies with UK Data Protection legislation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not, please return the product unworn and with tags to one of our stores and we will gladly refund it. If you can't visit one of our stores, please do the following:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and advise us what product you would like to return or exchange. Please choose which return service you'd like Royal Mail Special delivery or UPS (Please note that this option can only be used if your original purchase was sent via UPS).
2. Complete the returns paperwork enclosed with your original purchase and place inside the return parcel.
3. For Royal Mail Special delivery:, please take your parcel to your local post office and return to Fleur b, 8 Elystan Street, Chelsea, London, SW3 3NS.
4. Once we have received your unworn returned item, we will credit your card.
For an exchange, please follow the return steps above, completing the return form and indicating the alternative size you would like.
Purchases need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. It will be at the discretion of fleur b to accept your return outside of this period.
We offer free UPS returns within the United Kingdom if this was the original delivery method. Royal Mail special delivery returns will need to be paid by you at any post office. All returns outside of the United Kingdom must be organised and paid by you.
All items must be returned unworn, in the original packaging with garment tags still attached.
Any worn, damaged or items without tags may be returned without refund.
RECEIVING A REFUND
We can only refund to the card from which you made your original purchase, excluding shipping costs and taxes (this will only apply on non UK shipments).
Your card refund will reflect the actual charge made. So if any purchases included a promotional discount, any refund will be reduced by the value of discount received.
